We offer flat rate shipping in Australia for $5.00.
Delivery to remote areas may carry additional costs. Flat Rate does not apply to deckchair frames.

Currently we provide tracked standard shipping to the US, UK, NZ, Singapore and Ireland. Rates are based on weight and are calculated at check-out. For all other countries, we are happy to arrange international shipping through Australia Post. Due to varying costs, it is best if you contact us for a quote.
We offer returns for change of mind within 7 days from the date of receipt on full priced items.
You may return or exchange (where available) an item for change of mind if:
· The item is in its original condition has not been used, altered and/or washed.
· The item has not been damaged due to misuse.
· All swing tags are attached to the product.
· You agree to paying additional postage charges incurred for an exchange
Refunds, less shipping cost, will be credited to your original method of payment within 7 days of us receiving the item and a refund being approved.
Please note; we do not cover the cost of return shipping. We recommend using your preferred trackable courier service as we cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost in transit. Please keep all relevant tracking information until the return is fully processed.
To start the process of a return please fill out the contact form located on the contact page. In the comments please include the product purchased, original date of purchase, and reason for exchange or refund. From there we will contact you and keep you updated via email.
We endeavour to produce high quality items and recommend that you carefully follow the care instructions outlined on our website. However, in the case of a faulty product we will gladly exchange or refund within a 14-day period.

After receiving your initial information, we may ask for photos before approving the return.
Sale and clearance items are non-refundable.
